A friend you hate

I have this friend who I really can’t stand and they just will not leave me alone every weekend every day they just keep calling and asking me do I want to do things to him and I express my feelings on how much I hate them and I just want them to stop bothering me but yet it’s like they’re obsessed with me and I’m not sure what to do
