Loneliness

Today, I spent most of my day alone. After my granddaughter and grandson left. No one to talk to just loneliness. I cried a little. I’ve built a wall to mask the pain. But each and every day goes by I hurt more and more. I don’t have too many friends or ones I even want to talk to. The person you care about is the one who usually ends up tearing you down. Crushing your heart.
